Motivated Mach 1 team

Post by Spanky »

Joker and I always wanted to have a MAch 1 team together. We only shared Mach 3 teams but we wanted one (You know I was the program manger....how could I not make that happen???).

Anyway.....we felt we could take Mach 3 tactics and train these little ones into budding you aerial assassians. We would have them wear little black flight suits, black boot, black berets, and aviator sunglasses. Their mission....seek out and confront the forces of evil and kill them deader than hell!!!

Just think.....those kids could be flying Preadators over the skies of Iraq!!

Well, you were the Program Manager after Joker left, for one thing. And those of us with any degree of sanity knew better than to put the two of you together with a Mach I team.

The damage you two could have done to fragile little minds was too much of a frightening thought for the PM. He did laugh about it, though.

I can hear them calling their cadance now....

"Kill, Kill"
"Mutilate, Destroy"
"With a spoon"

"Kill, Kill"
"Mutilate, Destroy"
"With a AMRAAM"

Ahhhhhhhh

Precisely....

Look, even Grunt said "Oh hell no!" When we asked about you guys having a Mach 1 team. He was scared for the Mach 3s!

Can you imagine....they would have swept both the M1 and M3 awards. They would have looked like little Olympins with all their hardware.....wait I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

I can take great solace in the number of trainees whose lives we saved by not allowing you to have a mach I team

All would have survived. We would have trained them, molded them, motivated them!!! We would have set the pace and they would have followed. When they went home to their mommies and daddies, they would have made us proud. Neat beds, clean faces, and an apache foot snare in the back yard!!!
