Yes, and they have a special US Space & Rocket Centre merit badge. If they aren't hanging on the wall in the Space Store, talk to one of the ladies there and they will get one for you.
I do not know much about the Boy Scouts of America (I was in Scouts Canada and Girl Guides of Canada) but there could be several badges, in whole or in part, you can earn while you are at Space Camp.
Travel - help plan some of the travel arrangements to understand different parts of the travel industry.
Photography - Bring along a camera and take some spectacular photos. Present these photos to your group and describe what makes them better than some other photos of the same things.
Journaling - Make a journal from your trip. Interview fellow team mates and counsellors. Write an article about Space Camp for your local newspaper.
Careers - Research into NASA formal astronaut training and compare it to the programme at US Space Camp.
Whether or not these are actual badges, I am sure they can be incorporated into parts of other badges.
Also, talk to your Scout Master. I am sure he can help you more than I can.
In Canada there are specialty badges for things that do not fit under any other badge. You can talk with your Scout Master about creating a special badge just for Space Camp or for one of the topics I listed above.
Best of luck! Let me know if you need any more ideas.

I believe Space Exploration is the only one Boy Scouts can earn at space camp. I know aviation challenge has Avaiation and several partials such as fire safety, wilderness survival, and i believe orienteering.

If you stay for week-long AC, there's a bunch. I haven't really dealt with the other programs enough to know about what else there is, however, I'm sure you could contact Sprocket and find out.
