Well i know at ASA when we landed after our edm our counselor showed the tape in reverse on the screen so it looked like we were going backwards and taking off aGAIN BUT THAT WAS WITH THE OLD SOFTWARE.

Hey Apollo you know you dropped your pocket. Ha Ha! We miss you guys at camp. There will be a picture of your team that will forever hang in mission control as being the first team to do an EDM in the renovated Enterprise. You guys sure were fun. This week I have been working on Enterprise Station. Tomorrow I have to pull about one thousand wires for the panels.
This weekend I am helping with work on the UAT. They pulled my module out today. We will be putting new panels on the exterior. Mabe then it will look more like the CGI model I showed you.
It's a good time to be working at USSRC!
Take care all and God Speed!

'Course, everyone ignores the second team in renovated Enterprise. I heard about your landing on the opposite side of the runway. I'm still not sure how you managed it.
What ApolloXI means

When you land at Kennedy 33, you pass over a river and then red/white markers before the runway. What Apollo means when he says backwards, he means he landed on the opposite side of the runway. He doesn't mean tail-first, which would be kinda weird.

OK that makes sense.
Bathrooms

My team noticed that the bathrooms where switched around. The girls on my team that the women's had urilans in them when the men's had stalls. Is some one playing some kind of joke? If the members you are on the staff have any reason why this is, or stories of for a switch. Or is one way that NASA says they save money and the Space Camp just follows along?

Well thats one that never happened to me. Although they dd switch some bathrooms around for some reason. It was still a mens room.

If you look closeup at the signs they are removeable which mean they can be interchangable.

Well when they moved ours it was during a parent child camp weekend. And i think they gave our bathroom to the female mothers and daughters of the parent child camp and they moved ours down to the second floor.

The girls on the top floor can be changed as well.

Well even if the ones on the top floor can be changed i think letting guys go up there would be asking for trouble.

Funniest moment? Well, it was longer than a moment. But, during my EDM, I was a quite tired PROP on a caffine high seeking the altitude of the shuttle. I didn't have readings confirming the burn (the shuttle had 99% fuel left) so I was flipping at them to give me the altitude through Prop (who happened to be, by this time, a good friend of mine). I fially got out of my seat, used CapCom's mike to find out the information, and they responded back with, basically, "It's a sticker!" I felt sooo dumb, especially when I sat back down to see the altitude on the bottom of my screen.

Monkeynaut--I was working last summer when Jamie was here. He was such a trip! He wants to come back this summer as a counselor!
I've got a good story for ya'll though. This past week there was an ASA team here and one of the boys was going to brush his teeth and just reached in his locker and grabbed his tooth brush and tooth paste. Well, I guess this kid wasn't paying attention at all to what he grabbed and started brushing his teeth with IcyHot instead of toothpaste! Then he spent the next 30 min. trying to get rid of the taste!
