Colliding Satellites
Thought this was really interesting: two satellites, an Iridium and a Cosmos, collided in orbit the other day. Created some more space junk, but at least Iridium has an in-orbit spare ready to replace the now broken one. Spaceflight Now

That is interesting. Bound to happen sometime with all of the stuff that's up in orbit, especially the objects that can't be maneuvered.
