Space Camp and Stargate Atlantis

So during the writers strike this past winter I rediscovered the TV show Stargate SG-1. I had on occasion watched it before but not regularly. I started watching Atlantis shortly after. In an upcoming Atlantis episode (I'm really not sure when it will be on as they just finished filming it today) Dr. Neil Degrasse Tyson is a guest star. This is the same Dr. Tyson that spoke at this year's HOF dinner.

Dr. Tyson is also mentioned in an Atlantis season 4 episode called Trio when Carter and Keller are playing "Who would you rather" The choices are Dr. Tyson and Brian Greene. Keller picked Greene and Carter says "Tyson, all the way." It wasn't until I rewatched this episode shortly after the dinner that I realized who Tyson was and thought it was quite funny esp. since Tyson was named sexiest Astrophysicist alive in 2000.

Now whenever I watch SG Atlantis I think of camp and the HOF.

If you want to watch the upcoming episode it is called "Brain Storm". Bill Nye and Dave Foley (Canadian Comedian) are also featured in the episode. It plays on Scifi on Fridays in the States and Movie Central on Mondays in Canada and should are sometime early next year.
