Arizona summers are not quite as bad because there is no humidity. I was there this summer and had no concept of tempature, because it was so dry. I always thought it was far cooler than it actually was! Are you going to Embry Riddle?

I'm born and raised in Florida... and I went to camp in Huntsville a few summers... and the heat kick my rear end... It was miserably hot. I think when I did Space Academy it hit like 106 one day. It was horrible. Lake time was always good though... they don't use the lake for X-mas camp obviously.

Everybody always says that but i'm used to the humidity so it doesn't bother me. You can't block the sun in AZ with moisture like you can in Michigan. I don't know if the Embry Riddle question was for me but since its in AZ and thats what this conversation was about I'll go ahead and answer it lol. No, Arizona State.

I like NYC weather just fine - born and raised here, and nothing feels better. Can't stand the state bird down in 'bama anyway - stupid mosquitos the size of baseballs - what's up with that business?

They're worse in Michigan. In fact I don't remember many bugs at all while i was in Huntsville. Except when i was crawling around on the ground during M3... There were definitly bugs then.

I have a river in my backyard, so in the summer the mosquitos are intolerable. The city is constantly spraying some mysterious chemical into my backyard.
