Questions...

Well ill be going to the AC Mach III for the first time in 7 days... and i have a few questions... for one i saw on the spacecamp site that theres an IMAX film called... Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag... i checked it out and it looks AWESOME!!! ... during the week at AC will we be able to see an IMAX... is that an usual thing? i mean hey, the film fits the atmosphere lol... so yea, and my other question, is during the camp will we get to go to the rocket garden and into the USSRC??? J/w... cuz i really want to go check all that out, but i cant before or after cuz i have to catch my flight and im by myself... so yea just wondering... thanks

Well granted the last time i was at AC was in 96 but i can remember seeing atleast 1 imax movie that week. May have been more but i know we saw 1. What movie you'll see could vary though assumming they still show one. I also seem to remember getting some time to see the museum and stuff at the space and rocket center i know i have some pictures taken over there from that year. Hope you get to see Fighter Pilot i saw it here at our local Imax theater it was great.

I would say it's quite likely you'll see it. When I was a counselor in Summer '04 (*sigh* was it really that long ago?!), the ACers all watched an IMAX helicopter movie...

OMG! I've seen that helicopter movie so many times (EALD) plus during the week at camp. I would always jump out of my seat when the missles flew off that helicopter.
Anyways, when I was at ASA this February, we didn't see red flag during the week. They took us to magnificent desolation- its actually very good, but if you are doing EALD you could see red flag.

sweet, yea i hope we get to see it... there no IMAX near me, and ive never been to one, and the Movie looks awesome so it should be cool if we get to go. thanks..

if you're going to AC, you will (schedule permitting) go see Red Flag. I have seen it so many times, I can quote the movie... And say it pretty much verbatim with the movie.

Yes but do you have the official Red Flag Patch and Challenge coin? I d. Ah the joys of working for a museum with an imax theater. You get promo stuff alot.
