Me like Space camp!

The place where campers hang out after a long day in the sims.

The best part is getting to camp and experiencing it all first-hand. Reading detailed report from others nowhere compares to the experience itself. Rather, it is probably best not to read all the reports here and take them too seriously, because things change and you may not do some of the things others have done in the past, but you will do new things instead.

Enjoy your trip, all of you, and have a fantastic time!

there is no way to even begin describing the experience you get at camp. my favorite part was making new friends. when i was in elementary, middle and high school, there were no kids who cared about space.. so going to camp and meeting a whole team full of people with the same interests was the greatest thing in the world for me. it has been phenomenal being able to keep in contact with those friends for as long as i have been. i even met my best freind (and now he's my boyfriend) at the airport on the way to space academy 10 years ago!
i learned about more than space at camp. i learned about life. your team becomes a family while you are there, and the memories you share with them are ones only you can have. space camp is the best. i miss it dearly

Let the countdown begin...

I think everyone on the forum gets a bit excited when someone here is going to Space Camp. I know I do...
