I want to know what there is for my family to do within an hour of huntsville. I really need horse related things because my sisters really into horses. No, I mean she's REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY into horses. So much that we went to Kentucky horse park over spring break.

There's the US Space and Rocket Center, of course, which can easily take up a day or two. There is Sci-Quest (a science centre), a botanical garden, some cool caves, and a bunch of other stuff:
