I think I'm going to go to Vanderbilt now. It's has a lot in common with Tulane. Plus the single most attractive tennis player I have seen in my life.

I'm glad that those students dont have to lose their first semester! I was wondering how they were going to work that out.

I'm in my second year of University and it's okay. I have five labs so evey afternoon I have a lab. My schedule is so full because all morning I have classes. But next semester I have only 2 labs and a less packed schedule so it will be way better. 8am classes are horrible.

Okay, I find this quite amusing: the extremely intelligent governor of Georgia decided to cancel school for Monday and Tuesday because of gas prices. The only thing is, THERE ISN'T A BIG SHORTAGE OF DIESEL! Gas prices haven't even gone up here at all. So I get to do absolutely nothing for the next two days.

There may not be a shortage, but I read an article that mentioned that diesel prices have gone up as well, causing busing to be quite the financial burden on school systems around the country

I understand why the governor cancelled school; I just don't think it was the best idea. I'm surprised it didn't cause another gas panic.
