Mrs. Baker

Post by Mdanner423 »

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone else has heard the rumor that Mrs. Baker is buried there and then some say she isnt. There being the memorial outside the main entrance of the USSRC. I have submitted a Freedom Of Information Act request to find out where Mrs. Baker really is, but I wont know for probably a month. So, anyone have any guesses?

Matt, you truely are a liberal after my own heart. Using the FOIA to find out every bit of information, no matter how trivial, that the government can confirm.

I always heard that she was burried there all the way back in 91 when my counselor first taught us about Able and Bakers flight. She lived there at the space and rocket center for many years until her death. It makes sense she would be burried there too.

Hey,

I just got an e-mail from public affairs, and they said they are having to do research to find the answer and they will be getting back to me soon. Im wondering how hard this is for them to find out.
