The new track is optional -- if you want to SCUBA you can or go to AC and fly the sims.

This maybe obvious to some but let me clarify. You have the choice to dive or fly the sims as long as you meet the physical requirements to dive. IE- no history of asthma ect. Most of you guys know the drill. Any questions regarding this feel free to PM me about it.

I'd join you guys, seeing as how I have asthma too, but unfortunately I'm now going to be out of the country all summer.

I just got a new SCUBA form in the mail, with a letter about the old one being outdated. If I'm a pilot, and I know I don't want to scuba, do I have to send in the new form?

ive had that question too and i think ive finally figured it out...
you still need the physical part so they know you're healthy and up to date for the actual camp. it just doubles as scuba stuff.

I would fill out all forms just encase. You dont have to SCUBA, but it never hurts to fill out all the paper work.

though the form does say that its optional and that its a good idea to fill it out. its not really necessary.
i guess it is smart to do it. no matter if you dive or not.
though, can they get rid of you if you aren't healthy? can they? 8O
