Some of the members of my advanced space academy team from Vonbraun team.  July 1-6 1998 are planning a reunion for this summer and i was wondering if anyone here has ever had one with members of their old team and if so do you have any advice? And if theirs anyone who was their that week and would like to talk please do.

I'm trying to schedule one for ASA campers from the July 20, 2001 week and my best advice is get a section of the month everyone can get off, ask them from when to when will you be available. That way to can see where everyone matches up. Also, have everyone write a different person that they want to be with on their forum so it will act as a chain reaction so that you can all be on the same team again. hope I helped!

it seems it would be hard to plan a reunion since teammate requests must be mutual.

Well actually the reunion was going to be one outside of camp but it looks like it will be on hold till next summer.

can you request more than one teammate?

I dont know. Maybe you can shedule to go as a group. I know they do have programs where a group can register.

if we all go together i hope they let us request more than one person

Well hopefully my team can get a reunion together next year for our 5th anniversary since we couldnt this year.

Its possible you will. I kept running into the same counselor i had in 91. He was their every year i went just in diffrent jobs over a period of 7 years.

It would be cool to have the same counselor two times.

I only had the cpunselor as my counselor once but i saw him their doing other jobs over the years as well.

i'd like to have the same counselor twice as well. but i wonder if theyd remember me...

Some counselors probably would remember you some wouldnt. My first counselor always did when i saw him their over the years.
