As we get closer to that date (there's 195 days left), we should do another one to get updated info.

See y'all there.

go figure you'd have the # of days counted (8 days till my next trip). I agree. We should do another one in a couple of months.

I'll have it to the second when I get my flight info, though you never know with airlines. I have it estimated right now.

My flight when I thought I was going in Oct. was $150 bucks. With X-Mas Camp, it keeps putting me in first class on my way to Atlanta and it is $400. It isn't like I'm doing it at the last minute.

It's almost or more than $300 from here.

Lets see, my airfare for my next trip was 160 which isnt too bad for a flight with connections I guess. In the past it has been up to 750 dollars.

It's kind of weird for me because I have to go through Atlanta (not the best designed airport in the world. Actuall, Tampa is the easiest to get around in. Unfortunatoly, there are'n many connections made here). If I go somewhere else, it is only around $150 round trip (I make my reservations enough in advance). If I want to go just to Atlanta, it is more like $500. It's nuts.

Well if your flying Delta your almost guaranteed to fly through Atlanta on the way to go to space camp. I agree its not the greatest airport design in the worl. Personally as far as large airports go i prefer Charlotte but i've only been through there once.

Actually, I wouldn't fly through Atlanta till the return trip. I would fly through Cincinatti on the way there.

That's a lot of connections sorta maybe kind close together but not really....not many places fly into Hunstville. You are almost guaranteed a connecting flight unless your airport happens to be a hub....

Atlants personifies my views on international airports:
1) the food court is in the international wing
2) the least people are in the international wing
3) the most walking space is in the international wing
4) the international wing is the nicest in the view of architecture and almost always displays some form of art.
etc.

both times i went i had to fly through atlanta on the way down. its so huge. the airport i fly out of, manchester nh, is soo small. so it was kind of scary getting off there and having to take a train to get to the next terminal then walk forever to my gate. but yeah. on the way home my firtst trip i went through washington regan which is a really nice airport, but that was flying usair because origionally it was soposed to be..comair or some delta partner thing but they were on strike..so they had to put me on usair to get home. and the second time i went through cincinatti which was cool because there were a few other people from camp on the same flight to there with me.
my tickets were around 270 each time. which isnt too bad.
i wish i could go again for christmas. theres absolutely no way my parents would pay for it though. but i am scooping ice cream.haha. and i put in an application to work at WALMART cuz i want more hours. cuz i wanted a car.. but space camp is such a better investment. hmm.

It is putting me through all sorts of airports to get there and back. Not just the usual Atlanta stop. It does bring the price down but makes for an interesting looking itenerary. Anyway, I hope to go but am still getting the money together. Discounts sure are useful.

I have found a 160 airfare for Christmas Camp and I am one happy individual. Woo hoo! Well the 649 is also VERY nice.
