Spring Break

Post by ApolloXI »

8) Spring Break is coming up or has past for some of us in school. What has everybody done or plaing to do. My family is going on a curise next week, the cruise has the net so I will get to see and try to get on hab1 as much as possable. Some ways I wish that it could have been a another trip to Camp.

I've only seen the space and rocket center once as a non camper and i saw stuff on that trip i'd never seen at camp. Like in 4 years of going to camp id never been over to see the SR-71. And some other stuff that most visitors dont see like the archives and some of the storage rooms with artifacts in them. Coolest part was when our guide who was at the time the space and rocket centers curator let me give the tour of the space camp training center.

Nice! I went on a cruise and it was like $5 for three minutes! They had a bunch of computers and nobody was ever on them.

Spring Break is finally here!!! YIPPEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, it just seems like we've been in school forever since our last break. I can't believe I'm actually sitting in our hotel room at the Marriott looking out the window at rocket park. It is so pretty at night.

The rocket park outside of your window would be a great sight to wake up to. Unfortunately i'm not that lucky this morning. All i have to look forward to is another day of school.

ah i wish we had spring break now. im SO sick of school.
only three more days of school until i leave though! then i get to miss a week, then i have my week of spring break..which really wont be so restful, i have to do all my make-up homework then, im glad i get a week to do it, because lol ive packed and unpacked SO many times, and i think im bringing way too much stuff that i wont even use but dont want to leave cuz i might need it, and i really really want to bring a blanket so i have a really fuzzy one, the velux ones if anyone knows what they are, so i can get it mushed up pretty small ish..but it makes all my clothes fit reallly tight..and i dont want to be packed too tight cuz i want to get stuff there to bring home and if they open my bags to search them @ the airport i dont want it to be hard to get everything to fit so that they will close again..so i totally dont have room for text books.
i also have 3 softball scrimmages so that will be fun.
i love spring break, when we come back theres only 8 more weeks of school then SUMMER. :D

I have bee back

Post by ApolloXI »

:D :D I had a great Spring Break. The ads in the brochure where where deciving, they made it sound as if the net was free but you had to pay something like $40 for 250 mins. I have been back for awhile, I have been trying to catch up on my normal life outside of Hab1. Plus last week my asthma flared up and my stress level. I missed 5 days of school so I have been trying makeup for that and doing a term paper on the Columbia and Challenger disaters for English. I plan to scan my cruise picture and put the on my site once the scanner is up or get the moneyto put them on a disk.

I just went for a short day trip so I'm home now. I feel kinda bad b/c my dad drove both ways and we were in the car more than we were actually there (14 hours!!) Oh well, I had an awesome time even though I was sick the entire time. If you suffer from allergies, DO NOT forget to take your allergy meds before you head south. It's not fun. Today, I'm feeling a little better, but still not great. And right now I'm off to work
