Note the Space Camp flags at the top. Is this in the Turkey location, maybe?

Not Turkey for sure. For awhile the only overseas camp that had the license for Space Academy was Canada (they license, or at least did, Camp/Academy/ASA separate). So my guess is either Canada, or an old picture of the California or Florida locations?

Turkey has Discovery.

With that JAL banner, I'm going to guess Space Camp Japan.

Good call, likely. It is similar to Endeavour at Canada (picture attached) but I can't tell from the surroundings if it could be the same place. I say similar because they had the canadaarm and the cargo bay. I know most everyone changed the name from Columbia to something else after the accident.

In Canada there is a huge wall of windows behind the orbiter sim, and the sim has a different payload bay:

It's definitely not Belgium either:

With the two JAXA logos, my bet is on Japan too. Google isn't helping me much with research on the late Space Camp Japan.

Check out the video of Space Camp Belgium. Completely off-topic but looks really fun!

I have a feeling this is Canada. I think there was mention a while back about them refurbishing their facilities.
