I was wondering how closely the USSRC monitors the people that they designate as such. Based on what I have seen from one person, they may have handed those titles out too loosely without conducting proper background checks and monitoring,

Not sure who you are referring to but I know as an ambassador you do have a background check run atleast I know I had to sign permission to have one done. I have heard so little from the ambassador program in the last year i'm not sure it really exist anymore.
