In light of SpaceX's success last night, I was wondering what the title is of the person responsible for flying back the booster.

Yes, The computer. I wonder if Prop or GNC would oversee the progress, not that they could do much about anomalies. Then again, SpaceX missions may have their own new set of MOCR stations, all unique to the new flight system.
