HabForum - Issues with Recent Update
Seems to mimic the flat style of the current Apple iPhone OS. I was really hoping the flat design trend wouldn't catch on, but I guess whatever Apple does, people feel compelled to copy it for some reason. Will take some time to get used to it. The colors are a bit too pastel, need to be richer, especially the blue. I'd make it a more royal blue like what we had before.

Re: Revision 3
It's in flux! Not the final form, necessarily.

Re: Revision 3
Looks like I have to start clicking on New Posts instead of scanning the index for latest posts.. I see that I've missed several.

Re: Revision 3
You shouldn't have to, but I too have noticed some odd behavior.
I upgraded to a new, supposedly shinier version of the forum software. I don't think they've worked out all of the bugs.
That having been said, some of that could be within my control to fix (possibly), but I have not had the time to dig into it. I will.

Re: Revision 3
It appears to be something with Chrome. Seems to be working OK with IE.

Re: Revision 3
I have to hit Refresh every time I visit the forum, or else I don't see the new posts highlighted. This didn't happen before, and I haven't changed any browser settings or anything. Does it on my work computer as well. Anyone else only see new posts after hitting Refresh?

Re: HabForum - Issues with Recent Update
There is/was a definite issue with 'caching' where the browser (yours and mine) wasn't loading the most up-to-date state of the forum.
I think this is fixed. You might experience an issue one more time when you first hit the front page, but I think it's fixed.
Let me know. But, like I said, if it was still messed up when you visited the HabForum today, that isn't necessarily a sign it's still screwed up! Let me know if you continue to have issues after the first visit back (you should have already noticed an improvement when clicking into this topic)!
Now give me a little more time and I'll see if I can't find a nicer theme!
