Last month at SC's 4-day adult session, we were officially told that branding of the new alumni logo was underway and soon you'd be able to but alumni stuff at the gift shop.
What do you wanna see?
Here's what I'd want with the alumni logo or text:

-Metal pins with the logo
-Almuni wings in metal
-Custom embroidered nametags with the alumni logo (I'd pay top dollar for that)
-Baseball cap
-T-shirt (thought I have the alumni one they sold in 2012)
-Patches like the ones they're occasionally giving to campers at SC, I was given one last time

Anyone else with a wish list?

Oh, I'd so do a custom Alumni nametag! Good call.

I also like the Alumni wing idea!

Pin would be cool, but I'd prioritize the first two...

I think we are getting patches, polos, pins, travel mugs and stickers to start off with. The new items should be hitting the gift shop in time for EFT-1, if not already there. I will be going to Sprocket when I get back from the Orion launch, so I will let you guys know. The best part is, the proceeds from the sales of alumni merch go into our fund for our special projects like restoring AC aircraft and alumni events for Hall Of Fame weekend! So, just one more way we are making things happen

Embroidered name tags for our flightsuits and jackets would be nice to have! Although I fear the Alumni logo may be a bit too complex to be embroidered at at that small of a size.

With the pins, you could probably make your own custom metal wings, as before

All of the above, plus perhaps on bricks for the STA Phase II, if they decide to do that.

All the previous mentioned. Plus: a backpack, a portfolio notebook, a beach towel and a lunchbox. I have the first two with a regular space camp logo and I always bring them with me to camp. Plus I have taken the portfolio notebook into meetings outside of Space Camp.
I would use the lunchbox at work regularly. I am thinking of the thermal kind. A matching thermal water jug would be a good idea too.

Good point. I'm still hoping they'll offer a trainer-style embroidered SC wings nameplate as an option for purchase someday.

Yeah, good point there. It wasn't too tough making my own SC wings out of an older SC logo pin and a set of reproduction WW2 Army Observer wings:

I'll be buying a few of the pins once they're out. I also plan on putting together a second SC flight suit, one which is alumni-oriented with the Alumni patch and the new 'Gumby' SC patch as well.

Only thing I saw back December 5 at the space center was the Alumni patch in the gift shop. Hope to see more there soon.

I was at Sprocket yesterday and found a couple of our alumni items for sale in the gift shop!





The pins look really nice! I picked up a few of these at $6.95 a piece. I think every kid will want one of these to go on their flightsuit after they graduate! The best part is, part of the proceeds go to the AAB to fund our projects!

The patches were hanging from the top row and were listed at $6.

So cool, I'll need to call in an order soon...
So odd that they still have the old logo program patches as well, given how strongly they wanted to be rid of the classic logo.
