Visually Imparied SC patch?

I've never seen one of these before, I assume they're not that common?
Is this a real SC patch or something another group came up with?

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm willing to guess that's a legit patch. SCIVIS is an official Space Camp program that comes through every year. That's the SCIVIS logo inside the 0 and it's a nicely done patch.These patches are not normally available in the gift shop and It's rare to see them pop up on eBay. But SCIVIS is an official Space Camp program. Vincent can probably give you a better run-down than I can about it.

It's a custom patch made by the SCIVIS group organisers. They were handed out to participants of their 20th anniversary camp.
