What should I pack?

OK gang. I'm leaving for Camp next Sunday, and I'm freaking out about what to pack. I'm taking a sleeping bag, so I'm not worried about being cold at night. And as for clothes, last year I didn't wear half of what I packed. So this time, I'm only taking Camp t-shirts, shorts, sweats and one pair of sneakers. Also taking camera, and all that good stuff. Any other essentials you'd take that you couldn't do without? I have my pda, so I won't be wihout reading material during boring lectures.
The bad news is I have a head cold from too much work and not enough sleep. I'm hoping to get over it before I leave or I won't be able to SCUBA, besides feeling miserable.

Well even if you didnt wear most of the stuff too much clothing is better than not enough. And i dont think you listed a swim suit even if you dont dive you can still swim.

8) ROTFL! I said *essential* things....OK, if you can fit in a duffle bag you two can come along. Just don't let them catch you sneaking into the girls' showers.

A sleeping bag isn't necessarily the most space-conscience thing one could bring to keep oneself warm...perhaps a sweatshirt and an extra pair of socks woudl do the trick?

Oh the sleeping bag isn't for keeping warm, although that's a benefit. I'm taking it because the mattresses were filthy and stinking last year. The matress pads were either torn or nonexsistant. So a sleeping bag is protection.....

Well ill just curl up into a bal and you can stuff me in the duffle bag. And I'm an essential too where else can you get a walking encyclopediaof useless knowledge especially on space stuff.

Well about the sleeping bag.... I am with u on the mattress thing this year i slept in the little cubby hole like bed and that mattress was nasty!! And i also slept with a hoodie, tshirt, sweat pants and two pairs of socks and was still cold so it might help with the heat too. Either way i wish i was there lol. :D

Well i guess they just dont clean the stuff anymore. I was their in 98 and never noticed any problems with the matresses anymore but i guess things have changed.

One of the things I hated was the mattress... not because it stank or anything but because of the plastic they had covering it. My god, every movement was heard. I hated that.
