The Passing of Neil Armstrong

According to sources Neil Armstrong has passed away today August 25,2012. The family has released a statement to the public. Please pray for Neil's family during this time. A great man has been losted today & forever his 1st step on the moon will be forever there.

I was shocked when I was at a car show today and someone came up with the news. I knew he'd had bypass surgery very recently but the news was a big shock to me.
It's easy for me to forget that many of these guys were in their late 30s when they landed on the Moon, and the 1st landing was done just before I was born.
It's so sad to know that in a few years with the way things are going with our space program, people won't be able to ask anyone what it was like to walk on the Moon...
