So with the Star Wars Where Science Meets Imagination tour coming to Huntsville next summer, Space Camp has developed a Jedi Experience to go along with it. It is offered as a Parent/Child weekend program or as a 3 day camp for ages 7 to 12. I've talked to some of the guys involved with all the Star Wars stuff and they have have pretty neat ideas planned. Kinda makes me wish I was a kid again!

Is anyone planning to go to Huntsville to see the exhibit?

My husband loves Star Wars. He would have jumped at the chance to attend this camp if he were a kid or if we had kids. As for travelling to see the exhibit, it's a bit out of our way and it will be over before any adult camps begin... so that's a no.
If it was open during the 8-day adult camp, I would have gone with my husband for that instead of the other holidays we planned. (I checked before I booked anything else.) The Star Tours ride and Jedi Training Academy at Disneyland will have to do.

Actually Jennifer, it will be around until the end of the September long weekend and there are at least 2 Advanced Space Academy programs before the exhibit ends. As well, Alumni camp is in late August so it will be open for that as well.
From what I know the exhibit is going to be pretty cool and I hope to make it down for a least a little bit next summer.
