That was a great read! Alot of old memories come back reading that!
I especially liked the commentary about being jealous of the Space Academy experience. In the 80s thats how it was. The older kids got to use all the cool realistic sims while us younger ones got the cheezy plywood mockups that weren't in the brochure! At least, that's how it seemed sometimes. As fun as Space Camp was, I wouldn't trade it for anything, and I came back again to Space Academy to train on the real stuff!
