I had a near-drowning in the UAT. The helmet flooded up past my nose whilst at the bottom of the UAT. I don't remember the majority of the 24-hour mission because I was in shock. It's not all rainbows and lollipops. Feel better? (Granted, events this this are extremely rare. There was no fault of the helmet or the staff - my neck was simply too small for the collar; who would have thought?)
Yes, the UAT is amazing, but so is Enterprise, and Pathfinder, and the Saturn V, and... and... We talk about how awesome all the other parts of Space Camp are too. Hanging from the ceiling on harnesses over the payload bay! I could do that a hundred times over and never miss the UAT. And EDMs - the culmination of everything you've done as a team that week. And Area 51! And the MAT! And watching the ISS fly by over the HAB. And the Helo-Dunker... and duct taping team mates to floors/walls/chairs... If they removed the UAT from Space Camp it would be missed, but there would still be a hundred and one just as awesomely fun activities to do.

Well, now I know I won't have to worry about stuff like that happening. Lol. I could also "profit" from it, by taking the photos. XD

Yes, being the photographer is very much appreciated. If you get the fish tank at the top, you can take some brilliantly clear photos. Ones through the portholes are pretty awesome too. But, neither of them are possibe without the help of a non-diver photographer.
