how do you become a 5-time Right Stuff Award winner?

I was up for it again in '92 but they would not let me have it due to the fact I had won it my previous session in 1991. So i was under the understanding that you could not win it more than once.

Is there/was there a protocol back then or do they just run free with it now?

Alot of things have changed over the years. I don't know if there was a restriction in the past on winning more than one year in a row but i guess there doesn't seem to be any now. As a counselor we just submitted our recomendation for who should get it and management made the decision.
