Wow aparently we made quite an impression on the camera man that night.

It's so cool y'all had good experiences meeting Bob Springer. When I came across most astronauts that visited Camp, they weren't very pleasant (to the campers or the counselors). Sally Ride was the exception.

Hoot Gibson was awesome. He hung out with us at Otters and told stories. Mike Mullane seemed alright too when I met him in '91 or '92. I still have his autographed SpaceShots collector card somewhere (anyone remember those?)

Even space camp barbie is in the pics...I love it! haha

I'm glad Mike Mullane made a good impression on you, because most of the time he avoided campers like the plague.

I think I might have a crush on Hoot, that's how nice he was. hahaha! And we got to learn how to really drink a Flaming Hooker
