In many ways NOW I would agree with that... back then though, I was ready to leave after the week was over. I remember laying in my bed on the third night thinking, "Geez, only a couple more days of this torture... thank goodness. but I love it!" :)

I just wanna say that the food they serve to adults is awesome. I was late getting there cause i was detained in the Houston Airport and i was forced to eat with the adults and the twice baked potatoes were sublime! I have to admit that the breakfasts were gross, except for the Lucky Charms cause they're so slimy and gross they end up good. Lunches were ok but they were usually the same. I have to say though that the Mexican food night was good, but being from Arizona, it was no comparision to the real thing. I preferred the meal I ate with the adults overall.

I was there September 15-21 on team Shepard, which by the way was the only team for ASA during that week. SpaceNerd, ie Lyn, was also there. Mac was our daytime counselor and Nathalie was our evening counselor. We had a blast cause there was only four of us in the ASA program total. Needless to say the counselors had fun too cause they got to fill in for the rest of the team. lol it was an interesting week.

That would be an intresting week. I've never heard of a team that small but i know others who have been during the off season and had small teams. What tracks were the 4 people in?
