I just was at the space camp website and discovered this. For anyone planning to go to space camp next year or sometime in the later part of this year their is a new special discount for returning campers. If you register between June 12th and August 30th you can recieve a discount possibly up to 300 dollars. If youve been once before you get a $100 discount if youve been twice you recieve a $200 discount 3 or more times before you recieve a $300 discount. Sounds like a great thing wish i was able to take advantage of it. I just thought id post this and let everyone know.

It's getting hard to keep up here! I was planning on posting this to the front page a little later (and still will)...thanks for getting word out to the fourm though (where it's practically all alumni!)!
This is a really good deal (still not as good as the $499 deal if you're going to ASA though!!!)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...but I share LB206's sentiments in that I wish I could take advantage of it!
...wow am I really tempted to lie about my age and just go anyway!

Well vincent they didnt say anything about age restrictions i assume its for adult programs as well. I cant go for physical reasons relating to medical problems blieve me i would take advantage of it if i could.

I can't go to the adult programs (at least not this year) as they're in September and October. Not the best time for me...

Too bad Kemara that really sucks. Too bad you cant reregister or something and get it. That really stinks.

If you cancel now, you can get 90% back...more or less $900 back...it might be worth the hassel to cancel and then reregister...

It might be worth it but it would reduce her discount from 200 to 100

Well, that'll still buy quite a bit in the gift shop!
...even more if she got a membership!

::sigh::Well, I was going for MS this year (signed up for it last year and got made PS because no one signed up for that) so, cancelling now would probably mean I'd lose the MS spot. And I've already schedulced that week off at work. Oh well...I'll just forget I heard about the discount...

Adult weekend programs are not eligable.

I'd never go to a weekend program anyway unless its as a parent child participant with a future child. I just wish i could go even if it didnt have the discount.
