They were talking on the radio last week about this teacher who has a bucket of water on his desk. If a phone goes off during class, he takes it and drops it in the water. All parents are aware of this because he's notorious in his neck of the woods. It seems to have worked and while there have been complaints, he hasn't stopped it yet.

now if there was only an equally effective way to punish those who use their cell phone while driving!

That's okay Hotdog... eventually they're going to dunk their own cars in the water...

Yikes, I would *never* do that. Besides the principal would probably kill us.
(I'm referring to the teacher, she isn't popular among the kids either though.)

Yoda in a box

The wookie phone story reminds me of when I was moving and had inadvertently packed my motion-activated Yoda without removing the batteries. As the movers picked up the box to load, we could clearly hear Yoda saying: "Put me down you will, Like this I do not!" It really freaked out the movers!
