My last (or maybe not) Mach III

A place for ACers to come and hang out after a hard day of escape-and-evade or survival training.

My last (or maybe not) Mach III

Post by tennisrox014 »

I started packing today for camp, when I realized that this could possibly be my last time at camp (though knowing me, I'll find a way to go to Xmas camp). But that thought made me sad.

But on the upside, I found out that I'm staying in the hab, not down at AC, which makes me happy, because that means there isn't a lot of people at camp.

Plus, my little brother and I are flying down a day early (without the parents), and instead of doing early arrival, we're staying at the Marriot for a night, so we can chill out and swim and such. It'll be a nice time to relax before camp starts.

Have fun! I think that with all of the other new things going on in your life (college and whatnot) it will be more like opening a new chapter in your life than just ending your time at camp. At least that was how it was for me. If you plan on working there in the future just consider it a transitional time haha. Either way I hope you enjoy yourself! :D

well... I'm in Nashville now, getting ready for school!

Camp was great! My counselor (Irish) was awsome as usual, and I had an overall really good time.

irish was way cool... my team was his last team ever, according to him, but that is what my counselors always say. perhaps i just drive them away.
