If there not there which they are problay not I feel like shooting my self in the foot. If I see them again I will have to find the chage and get them before they are gone.

Well i hope you can get them i would love to have those. I do have a Life Magazine with information on Gemini 5. It has the info on the new fuel cells that were going to be used as well as on the crew. I find it particularly intresting because Gemini 5 is kind of the forgotten flight of the Gemini program. It had no space walks or dockings but it was the first long duration flight lasting 8 days.

Well today i bought several new space collectables and got 2 more for free. I got a comemorative patch, coin, and pin from the STS-107 mission. Along with that i got Barbra Morgans astronaut photo and a friend of mine gave me a great Apollo 11 collectable. A friend of mine gave me an Apollo 11 comemorative button from 1969. It has the crew photo on the button with the names and dates with a ribbon hanging from it with Apollo 11 first men on the moon and the date.

Right now I'm collecting mission patches. I also have a fairly large collection of posters as well as books (especially by Homer Hickam!).

I collect space museum patches, astronaut-type patches (e.g. Mach 25, Flight Crew Operations, T-38, NBL, etc.), and for books, those written by astronauts (have pretty much all of them), about astronauts, and about collecting space ephemera. I also have a HUGE collection of spacecraft models, more than I will ever live long enough to build!

I don't collect autographs, but I do like to collect signed, inscribed photos of me with an astronaut. Got a couple so far, Scott Kelly and Steve Robinson...

And, of course, I collect SC/SA stuff. My best piece so far is a pre-camp "Honorary Astronaut" Space & Rocket Center patch.

My favorite collection, though, is my collection of friends like all of you!

Well thats another one i collect is the astronaut photos and get them autographed when i can. I have quite a collection of the pictures themselves several of which are autographed. Most are prechallenger pictures although some of the people in them are still part of the space program. I even have a few Gemini and apollo pictures. My astronaut autographs include John Glenn, Dick Gordon, Fred Haise, Norm Thaggard, Charlie Walker, Frederick Greggory, and astronaut canidate Alvin Drew. Unfortunately i also have some pictures that i'll never beable to get signed like Dick Scobee and my apollo 12 crew photo which had Dick Gordons signature and i hope to get Alan Beans at some point as well but for obvious reasons wont beable to get Pete Conrads. I also have quite a few of the crew photos from diffent shuttle missions and a complete colection of crew photos on disk. I also recently got Barbra Morgans new astronaut portrait from the NASA Langley ERC as well as the crew photo for STS-114 which is the next shuttle flight scheduled but who knows when it will fly or if it will have the same crew onboard.

Neat, Jason! Collecting astro autographs can be an expensive hobby depending on how far you want to go with it...

On my mantle at home I have a litho that I'll never get signed either, good ol' Sonny Carter. I treasure it nonetheless.

True it can be expensive but i got all of mine for free. Either by seeing astronauts at the VASC like Charlie Walker Frederick Greggory, and Norm Thaggard or had someone else get them for me like John Glenn and Fred Haise or my grandmother paid gor me to go to a breakfast with Dick Gordon where i got his.
