So are you planning to attend the big alumni reunion next year?

doubt any kids that i knew would go to it. The kids i was friends with weren't the kind taht would go to camp again/ care about a reunion.

I wish I could, but the flight to Huntsville is prohibitively expensive! Belive me, if there was a way to get there for an alumni event, I would!

Well whether anyone i know is going to be there for sure or not i plan to go it still sounds like agreat event with alot of memories and a lot of good times.as far as the cost yeah that i can understand i cn imagine air fare from canada cant be cheap heck i don't like how much it will cowst me and i'm alot closer. I still encourage anyone who has been and knows others who have been to tell others about the reunion. Yhe more people who know the more who will attend.I've been letting anyone i know who went to camp know about it heck i'm so bad i emailed a guy who had been to an adult program and had written an article on it about it.

Right now I can't imagine anything that will keep me away.

But for those of you who can't make it, expect a comprehensive account of the trip (More lengthy even than the one I wrote up for the 20th)!

No reason there cant be several accounts of the trip since there are 6 diffrent weekends and i doubt everyone will be going to the same one. Right now i will be either going to the 97-01 weekend if i can get some of my 98 team together or the 92-96 weekend since it covers 2 of my camp trips.

I'll probably go... I dunno which weekend though cuz I could go to a few of them... Depends on which of my old teammates I can talk into/drag to come with me...

I have one friend of mine from 1999 who is going. She lives in Nashville right now, so she can drive. She promised me a full play-by-play with photos and videos when she gets back. I'll share her recount of events with everyone here too!

My brother, who went to AC with me multiple times, and my younger sister who has done the space camps, are planning on flying down with me. Since we'll all be in college next year it will be a nice little get together for the three of us.

sounds like hab 1 will be well represented maybe i should go to the 92-96 weekend since most people here fall under one of the later 2 but will depend on if any of my former teammates from 98 go or any other friends i know who went to camp. Not that i want to avoid you guys but that way we could get more than the last 2 weekends reviewed.

I plan on going as long as work allows it. Next summer will be a coop work term for me. (This fall is getting closer and closer and I keep getting more and more excited about being over at MSFC!!!)

I'm planning on going even though the flight will be expensive. I haven't been to camp since 2004 and want to see how the tcf is coming along. Depending on how much I make this summer and next I might try to go to the two weekends that apply to me (97-01 and 02-06).

You know every time i think i won't get to go back down there i keep going back. Maybe i should just stop thinking like that i always seem to find a way. Last summer when i left after my trip i reqally had no idea when i might get a chance to go back down there again i figured it would probably be a good number of years in the future but now this. Only ptoblem is having to wait another year before going. Its so bad i'm sitting here watching planes taking off from Norfolk international airport many of them Delta airlines planes some i'm sure headed for atlanta and keep wishing it was next summer and that i was on one of them. Man this is going to be a long year.
