Do you get to lanch off Aircraft Carriers?

A place for ACers to come and hang out after a hard day of escape-and-evade or survival training.

you will be taking off from NAS Miramar aka fighter town usa the majority od the time, it is how ever possible to land backwards on the carrier and accelerate yourself to 999 knots a fun trick lol

yea man u get to land on the carriers and stuff... just make sure your landing gear is down... my rio forgot that most of the time... but yea it may take u a few times to get the hook but if ur awesome like me ull get it the first or second time....

on taking off... (which we had to do on the carrier) we went to full throttle w/ our brakes on relased our brakes and off we went... theres no catapult... the funnything is when u take off the carrier, u fall down when u u get to the end, most of us were under water when the plane was able to pull up! lol... good times...

most of the time, unless you've mastered taking off and landing quickly, as a Mach II, you may not get a chance to fly to the carrier and land there.

If you do get to land on the carrier, you could do a touch and go, which involves taking back off - so really, if you can land on there, you can take off from there as well. There is no initial setting of being on the carrier nor is there a catapult.
