What exactly is this?

I saw this alumni page thing on the spacecamp.com site, and all it is is a form that doesn't exactly say what it's for. Does anyone know?

The first rule of Alumni Stars is, you do not talk about Alumni Stars. The second rule of...well, you get the idea!
Actually, I would imagine that's how they track down the alumni that they feature in things like their yearly financial report and such.
