The scholarships? Yes, but not till october 5th (assuming they keep the same date) of this year. So basically if you want to go on a scholarship you better get that scholarship application finished and in the mail by the 6th.

any idea how much? I called them and they said I'd have 7 days to get the info from them but its been about 14 now..

If you mean you've been waiting for the brochure, it can take some time to get mailed out to you.

In the meantime, you can download the same thing you'll be receiving in the mail here
