I was told that the Canada arm would be uncomfortable. I never had a problem, I quite enjoyed swinging myself around on it, lol.

I actually find the hang gliding harnesses quite comfortable - I could hang there for hours. If I were on the orbiter or station for the 24-hour EDM I would have definitely slept hanging from the ceiling - great idea! (Minus the sore neck, courtesy of our good friend: gravity.)

Back in 1999, I myteriously contracted homesickness while aboard the space station. I played it up pretty good, as I had nearly everyone on my team convinced I was, for real, homesick! After getting them convinced it was real, I decided to 'go home'. I had to shout 'I am going home!' twice before people clued in that I was about to open the airlock and kill everyone. Thankfully someone caught me in time - I have no idea what would have happened if I did leave and kill everyone... What
does happen if everyone dies? Does a ghost reincarnate everyone?

Usually if someone opens the airlock you all die. Then to remedy the situation you have to do some crazy dance or sing some kind of song which in turn makes you look like a complete idiot.

Humm, I remember a few people dying. It was entertaining, lol. I never had that joy, I just passed out and got "pills." Hehe, yay for space camp pills!!

It's been a year since I went to camp last and it's going to be at least 2 more years before I make it back. I'm really sad today because of that. This is the longest time I've had to go without space camp since I first went.

i'm really really "homesick" for space camp right now. i think it's b/c i just got back from my last trip as a camper. i wanted to try and go back one more time, but my parents think i need to stay "home". honestly, though, this isn't home to me anymore. i hate it here. i can't wait to get out of here. my parents also think i'm crazy b/c i'll be in hsv for school this fall, but for me there's a huge difference between being there for camp and being there for school or just a visit.

sorry, i just needed to vent. i'm miserable here and my parents on again off again support is getting really old.
