Musically Talented
I know everyone here is crazy about space, so this may be stepping in strange territory for some, but I was curious, does anyone here play musical instruments? If you do, how many and what do you play?
I've played piano for nine years on my own and taking lessons.
Flute for seven years in my schools symphonic, pep, and marching bands.
Piccolo when I have one to play on. I've only had one to play on for a year, but I still can, so I've been able to do it for four years.
Bass for just over a year. I learned so I could play in my school's jazz band.

It's not a weird question, I'll bet there's a lot of us out there I play four (piano, flute, alto, and tenor sax)...five if you count being a singer too (if you think you don't need to practice singing, you're crazy!). Haven't played the saxes since jazz band though, don't want to bother my neighbors.

In reality i can play multiple instruments but since i can only play one really well i only chose one on the poll. My two artistic talents in high school were music and theatre. I have played trumpet for about 8 years now. I also own and can somewhat play a keyboard, guitar (both electric and acoustic), bass guitar and at one time drums (but i didnt have enough time to practice so never very well). I still dabble in all but the drums though i'm still only good at trumpet.

I've always been amazed by people who can play bagpipe and even more so after i learned how its actually done. I give props to anybody who can do all of that! Hillsdale college has a bagpipe band thing that marches around hillsdale every morning at 6 am. My theatre teacher used to just love it (sarcasm) when they marched by his house in the morning.
