Getting back to the Topic, what type of custom artwork concept are we considering? Can we use an off-the-rack poster instead?

Well i think we discussed using an existing poster or large litho before like the ones they sell in the gist shop but it seemed like most people want a custom made design.

I don't quite understand what is going on here.. could someone bring me up to speed?

Well i can try my best anyway. The topic actually started under another thread but someone came up with the idea to have something at camp for any hab member who attends this year to sign his or her name to. Seems to be the general concensus that it would remain at camp but thats gone back and forth too. A few ideas have been thrown around from buying something in the gift shop to making something. It would be something only Hab members and counselors would know about and they would ask to sign it while they were at camp. If anyone can think of something ive left off please add it.

thats a good idea, itd have lotsa room for lots of people to sign and all.

Well atleast you get to go back. But my chances are looking up now that they are making the camp more handicapped accessable.

Hey this sounds like an excellant idea...... Perhaps just a thought maybe there should be a very large one to remain at camp and maybe those of us from the bored that go this year could sign a little one for vincent....(we could send it to those who arnt going back this year so they can sign it) Just an idea but i think the whole thing sounds excellant! I wont be going back untill the last week of july but seems like somebody was going back in march or so......Let me know if there is anything i can help with!

True afterall Vincent gave us this great website and forum so that we could stay in touch with other space campers. Thanks again Vincent.

I know this is sortof off topic but i think hab1 would grow big time especially once the camperfinder is done if it was passed around at camp... I know hab1.com is not part of the ussrc but could the counselors just let the campers know sortof like saying "well google.com is a good search engine... and hab1.com is a good forum..." ?? but i don't know what the legalities are... I know if I had known earlier I would have been on back in august.

Well i know i've seen some people post that their counselor is the one who told them about hab 1 so i guess some counselors do tell their team members. And recently ive sen the newest member name change quite a few times so the word is getting around.
