Last week I left for a week becuase my Grandfather had a heart attack and my father was thier in Idaho to help my grandmother. A few days later my dad called and told my mother and I that we should go to there in case he died. But being a Finnsh person he went from being on his death bed to being about 75% back to normal. When I got home I looked at hab1 I decied to log on and log off so I would not be bomberd by posts. So I may be a few days behind in the topics.

Glad to hear your grandfather is doing better. And welcome back. Good luck getting caught back up though you're going to need it.

Yeah really good luck. We have made like a million posts while you were gone. But that's good that your grandfather is better. I thought my grandfather was going to die when he had a stroke in New Jersey....but then he randomly got 100% better from being paralyzed temporarily.

I'm very lucky that all of my grandparents are still alive and have had very few close calls with their lives. It['s nice to be spoiled rotten.

All of my grandparents on my mom's side are still alive and kicking, and they live 20 minutes away. They used to live even closer. They even came to my second Academy graduation.

I'm the oldest grandchild on one side, so I got 4 years of uninterupted spoiling. On the other side, my closest cousin is 12 years older than I am, so it had been a while since there had been a baby and I got spoiled pretty well on that side too.

Well i'm the oldest grandchild on one side of the family and on the other i'm the third oldest but i might as well be the oldest since the 2 older ones dont live anywhere near here.

My grandmother lives right down the street. It is quite convenient (for me, probably not for her "Can I come over and borrow your car?")

Come on now, see my grandparents have never lived more than 20 minutes away from me. I love it. I have been spoiled rotten for 16 years....

Yeah, so there! She also makes good fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. I guess I cannot stray too far from my southern roots. Well, I don't have an accent.

My grandmother takes me out to eat everyday so I don't ask questions. She is cool. She even "illegally" packed me food for camp.

They don't want you having food. Well they obviously don't want you having food in the Hab. Joel really really doesn't like that. It attracts bugs.
