Vincent you're right. It's a cross between the 1 and the 1B, called the Saturn 1Bastard.

You may be right vincent it might be a cross between the two but overall it looks more like a 1 than a 1B and the upper stage is definately from a Saturn 1 not a 1B

Our counselor told us that it was neither a 1 or a 1b but a mix of both.

Well ok ill admit its probably a mix but comparing pictures of a 1 and a 1B i think it has more charachteristics of a 1 than a 1B.

Well from the pictures and from what ive read its a full scale crew compartment. Vincent could probably tell you. So i'm guessing its about the same size as Enterprises front end but from the pictures it does look like an academy level sim not ASA.
