As for the late june early July question i've been there twice that time of the year and both times it was really hot. The last time i was there at ASA it was over 100 degrees somedays.

Ive had really low humidity and really high in the same week. Heck i remember going through the rocket park one day at ASA the digital thermometer by space shot said it was 99 degrees at the time but didnt seem like it because the humidity was low but then the next day and the day before that the humidity was high. In my experiance its ussualy on the high side though.
