Well I want to go to MIT but then I realize I can't afford it so I'm looking at some smaller state universities like U of Memphis and UAH. As far as majors go I want to go into aerospace engineering and design rocket engines like the SSME's.

BTW we may have been talking during the lecture but so was everyone and not sure we deserved the lengthy talk about how we were disrespecting him and such. Oh well... he's still way cool

a great place to study aerospace/aeronautical engineering is Embry Riddle U @ daytona beach thats he one im planning to attend. Its only 30000 including dorms tuition books and Flight Lessons its a great place 10 mine from the beach and all. next year in sept i will be goin there that is if my road trip goes as planned. um i was gonna ask one of the counselors about it but i never had the chance. i hear its the best aeronatical and aerospace engineering school i hear its better than the air force academy in colorado springs.

dude thats where i am planning on going.
my counselor at school said the air force academy is better, but they both are really good. id rather go to embry riddle though becasue i have gotten brochures from both and embry riddle looks nice..more relaxed too. but i do plan on enlisting in the air force as soon as i turn 17 and spending next summer at basic training in texas.
what year in school are you?

Embry Riddle university is an excellant engineering school. I have a friend who will be a freshman there next year. And the location so close to daytona beach isnt bad either for several reasons.

The closest thing we had to senior privelages was a senior corner of the cafeteria to eat in. Parking was wherever you could find a space.

We got no senior privilages at all. It really stunk. College is way cooler.
