I swear I saw on the master plan of the TCF a part that was like Apollo simulator, and it opened up in a module simulating like it was the moon's surface like the 1/6 chair

Man, I miss how they used to have that map by the "Save the Saturn V" collection thing, that showed all of the plans for the TCF.

If you go look through the archives from the front page, there's a picture in there somewhere.
Update: Look at the posts from November 2002.
Heck...I'm so nice, here's a

That would be cool, although it would completely rule out any attempts at progress shipments mid-mission

There'll be a drive through SteakOut in the Deep Space Adventure.

Gettinmg back on topic a little more back in october of 98 i visited the space and rocket center as a tourist and had the VIP treatment from the museum's then currator who had worked here at the museum i work for. During that tour he showed us plans that the space and rocket center and sopace camp had for a huge expansion that would have included 2 new museum buildings one for NASA and one for the Army collection. It would have placed space campo in its own building there would also have been a welcome center to the whole complex. As well as expanding the habs and having some kind of monorail linking the whole thing together. They had also talked about standing the real Saturn V at one time. Also at the time they were talking about creating a Star Trek Space Camp program. When the financial problems hit the only thing that was done was to build the standing Saturn V Replica. All other plans went by the way side. Sounded to me the article was saying they want to try to do some of that expansion still. As to what parts they want to do i don't know exactly but they may get some of those plans done atleast. This may also be the reasopn for the question on the survey you mentioned.

Wow those are some big plans...i could not imagine a USSRC like that not to mention a Star Trek camp? Hmm, that would be quite a feat in role playing...some new dimensions for medical anomalies at least...

Always sounded like a cool idea to me. They only last 15 minutes from launch to splash down. Could do innumeral flights with a team.
