Only place i've heard of meican wednesday is here must be a recent thing because they didnt have it when i went to camp.

I don't remember having it but one of the UAT staff did mention that it's not fun to go SCUBA diving after eating it.

Mexican Wednesday is classic. It has been around as long as I can remember. You just may not have thought oh it is wednesday and this is mexican food, so it must be MEXICAN WEDNESDAY! Well ask any counselor, they will tell you.

I don't really remember the food but I'm sure we had it because a UAT worker di say something about it. We also got chinese one day because a Chinese group was there that week.

Mexican Wednesday is consistent. Every wednesday is mexican wednesday. Its not too good for your system, but the counselors become immune after a while.

Well i'm pretty sure that started after my time at camp.Although i think we had buritos once some year but i wouldnt call that a mexican wednesday type of thing.

See, it is smart to avoid Mexican Wednesday. I still can't eat the food that day. Mexican Wednesday really does a number on your system.

Yes, but this is MEXICAN WEDNESDAY. It is different that any other Mexican food. Well, I am not sure if it is food, as I have never eaten any of it all the years I have been.

Exactly. I am not immune to Mexican Wednesday yet, like the counselors, but I know not to eat the meat.

Well one thing to think about is alot of ethnic food we eat in the US isnt actually eaten outside of this country especially some of the so called mexican food. I learned that when my uncle married a mexican woman.

Yes, our version of Mexican food is often different than a Mexican's version of Mexican food. Its the same way with Chinese food. We eat American Chinese food, not Chinese Chinese food.
