EDM Video Part 1

Post by Kemara »

One of my teammates edited our EDM video into something much shorter and funnier than the original. Below is a link to part 1. She promises more parts in future. Be warned....there is a little adult language since we were all adults (you wouldn't know it from how we were acting!) Enjoy! I suggest viewing at 480p which will improve the quality slightly.

Kemara, that is AWESOME! I attended ASA the week before you did and the first half an hour was absolutely crazy! I saw that most of the crew was down during your EDM in that video and this almost happened to us too. Two people, on the middeck and flight deck, got up before MECO and one broke their leg while the other pretty much cracked her head open. We got the med kit after MECO but forgot to close it up so everything went "flying" and our commander got struck by a syringe of some type of medication and passed out. So our commander died and so did our MS that got struck in the head because MOCR wasn't responding (They had their own troubles with medical problems- our CAPCOM almost died from pollen allergies...). We had to lock someone in the airlock because they were going crazy (some mental disorder) and tried to open the exit door, which would have killed us all. Later, I (FE2) ended up dying from being struck by a syringe of Valium (or something like that) and they tried to save me with the "medication" but I ended up "choking to death" on the Skittle. So that was great. The living crew send us "dead" folks to SpaceHab until they could get a funeral sorted out. Like I said, this was in the first 30 minutes of the EDM. :]
Later on during the mission (during the station portion) our pilot ran out of the station before we could stop her because of claustrophobia. We also had to duct-tape one of our MSs down because she was a cleptomaniac and she was stealing everyones' experiments and running off with them. Our other MS was a narcoleptic and she kept on passing out every time she heard the word "velcro". It was so much fun and kind of hectic. XD
Surprisingly, the second half of our EDM was pretty uneventful, except for an encounter with an exceptionally hardy poisonous space spider... How was your second half?

P.S. Did you have Andrew as a space ghost? I thought I heard him in MOCR. He was our SpaceHab ghost and he was pretty awesome. :)

Andrew was our night counselor. Isn't he awesome? Yeah, I think there are some standard "anomalies" that come up for everyone. That movie is my favorite souvenir from Camp. I'll always be able to remember the people and how much fun we had.
