Space Camp Baby said he'd take Space Camp Barbie on a little date sometime. But I had to object to him and tell him that he still drools on everything and everyone he meets and that women don't find that attractive until later in life when you have gobs of money. Poor boy, maybe one day.Pete Conrad Fan wrote:This is great!
So as some of you know, I was to be interviewed at Kennedy Space Center for NASA Edge. Well, Space Camp Barbie popped into the frame and tried to answer one of Blair's questions.
THEN, the girl got a ONE ON ONE with Blair: PHOTOS
OKAY, now it gets even a little better! While standing in line for food at one of the tents, while wearing my Alumni polo, a woman approaches asking how the lines work, the man in front of me explains. She then turns to me and says "Did you go to Space Camp this past weekend"? Why yes I did, the Alumni session. "Yes, I was at the Parent/Child" OMG were you there with my team and Hoot Gibson? "Yes, I remember you".
HAHA. So then I tell her I have Space Camp Barbie with me and she says "Well how did you get to be the lucky one to take her home"? I explained I was the one that brought her, but that's a good idea. I should mail her out to you guys every so often, and you can take her on adventures. Our own little mascot version of Flat Stanley if you will.
Game Columbia??
I wasn't a part of the Columbia team, but I am going to Adult ASA in a few weeks and, if she'd like, I'd be honored to have Space Camp Barbie be a part of my team. I'll even provide return airfare from Fort Worth, Texas and send her home with a copy of pictures of her adventure. She just needs to get to Fort Worth before Saturday 1 September.Pete Conrad Fan wrote:HAHA. I think she would like that! ASA would be a whole new adventure for her. If you PM me your address, I'll get her bag packed and ready to go for you!gt0163c wrote:I wasn't a part of the Columbia team, but I am going to Adult ASA in a few weeks and, if she'd like, I'd be honored to have Space Camp Barbie be a part of my team. Let me know if she's up to it and I'll provide you with my address.
Wasn't me. I would have requested August.Boomerang wrote:Did someone call space camp today requesting a space camp grad certificate for Barbie dated June 1, 2008? Maybe its just an amazing coincidence that someone else did but my first thought was it was one of you guys.
