Right Stuff Award
Yes, I am in a Space Camp film mode today...
Watching the film again, it got me thinking... Who do you think (characters in the film) deserves the 'Right Stuff Award' for the week? Why?
I will come up with my own answer in a day or two, but what do you think?

Well i was originally thinking jinx but i dont think thats where you were going with that.
This is a hard choice but i think i woul dhave to go with either:
Catherine: She landed the orbiter and thats some pretty right stuff if you ask me!
Kevin: He did pull the team back together in the end so i guess he would probably be useful plus you know he had a hand in that whole landing of the orbiter thing as well.
Theres my 2 cents.

I think I'm going to have to agree with you. Granted, they both had their flaws, but in the end everything worked out. Another thought though: Tish, she's the one who knew morse code and was able to talk to mission control.

We should get danner on the whole contacting thing. I'm sure he can manipulate the freedom of information act to cover it somehow...
It is such a hard vote because i think we're all forgetting that they wouldnt have come close to making it if it wernt for max and his oxygen retreival!

What a difficult choice, I agree...
Who went out of their way to make the experience and the mission better than it could have been...
I think I would give it to Kevin. My justification is as follows:
- he helped out Catherine in the MAT
- he was like a big brother to Max
- he gets people to smarten up and think rationally
- he made the decision to save Andy
Even though he wasn't someone who was most interested in camp itself, I think he, in the end, took more away from the experience than anyone else.
Catherine would come in a VERY close second, with Max in third...
Why Max? He did stick himself on the line to do an EVA, which scared him to bits, but he did it for the team.
