It's hard to belive I've been gone from AC for 18 months now. Especially since I spent the better part of 5 years as a counselor at AC and the other programs. Since getting my degree I've become a counselor at a residential treatment center for adolescent males with sexual & behavioral disorders (otherwise it's quite different than AC I miss getting to play army on a daily basis... If only AC had health insurance. Rumor has it that there maybe a little Garfield running around soon (say Februaryish) and my wife & I are quite exited.
Now... how about an update from the veterans who served with me?
Well I just got my bachlors degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering and will start the masters program at UAH in the fall in Rotorcraft Systems Engineering. Translation, I am going for my masters in helicopter design. Other than that I work at WestWind doing helicopter airframe modifications for the army.
Oh and BTW, Rakk (Will) and I are getting married this weekend after 3 and a half years of being engaged!
Glad things are going well and I hope everything goes well with your new baby. Talk to ya later.
